Madonna di Campiglio

In the province of Trento, belonging to the municipality of Pinzolo, we find the locality of Madonna di Campiglio, famous tourist resort both winter and summer and one of the major Italian and European ski complexes.

Situated at over 1500 meters above sea level, Madonna di Campiglio is undoubtedly one of the favorite destinations of tourists thanks also to its accommodation (and not only) of really high caliber.

What to See, and what to do.

Before passing to the strengths of Madonna di Campiglio, we should mention the pretty center of the village, where you will enjoy to take a walk, shopping or simply stop at one of the stylish bars to have a drink.

We should recommend also excellent grappa and wine shops, always located in the historic center.

Not to miss also the chance to make a jump to the “5 lakes”.

Serodoli, Gelato, Ritorto, Nero and Lambin, all different from each other but equally extraordinary because of their clear waters.

They are located in the mountains of Madonna di Campiglio and are alternated by beautiful pine forests.

You can also go to the woods in winter, thanks to the numerous snowshoes excursions that are organized in these places, with the guides who will tell you everything you want to know about fauna and flora.

Also take the opportunity to walk the trails that will lead you to admire breathtaking landscapes. For those who decide to venture into specific routes, it’s possible also to ride by mountain bike and bicycle.

But clearly the highlight of Madonna di Campiglio is skiing, and therefore the ski resorts: 160 km of ski slopes and 60 ski lifts are numbers that speak for themselves.

The most famous is the slope 3-Tre, where several slalom races of the Alpine Skiing World Cup take place.

Tourists can test themselves on this piste, experiencing the same emotions that this track give, able to reach a maximum slope of 55%.
