In Bormio you dinner at Filò

Bormio-20140207-01491

A place out of time: it is accessed by a small door next to the central square of Bormio, you go down a spiral staircase, like a time machine that takes you to another dimension.

Filò is this: an accurate cuisine and an attentive service, a magical place nestling in a vault basement with bricks in view.

And it is forbidden not to taste the ravioli with hare sauce (alas, in spite of vegetarians) or the risotto with local typical products (we recommend that creamed with mashed blueberries and gorgonzola ice cream)

But the menu doesn’t forget its customers more careful to eco-responsible choices, and includes vegetarian dishes, starting from “carpaccio of zucchini in tempura”.
