Carezza Lake (South Tirolo)

Lake Carezza is a pearl that is located in the South Tyrol area, precisely located 25 km from Bolzano and at an altitude of 1534 meters.

It is not one of the largest lakes in circulation, but has a reputation that is comparable or superior to much larger lakes.

This fame is due to the magnificent colours that it shows, and to the beautiful places around it.

Once you get to the Lake of Caress, there is much you can do. From the walks on foot, to those on a bicycle to end up with some rest while admiring the view.

One of these is the spectacle offered by the Dolomites, to the south the Latemar group and to the north the Catinaccio group. In addition to a fabulous show offered by the larch woods.

The routes that this place offers are really interesting, like the one through the path that surrounds Lake Carezza, but you can not get too close to the shore.

The most beautiful moments that can be enjoyed in these places are those given by the colours of the sky in the early morning and at sunset. The colours of the sky transform the surrounding environment into deep red or pink hues.

Moena : for its extraordinary beauty it is also called the ‘Fairy of the Dolomites’. Place to visit that offers unforgettable scenarios.

Nova Levante : at the foot of the dolomites is another pearl of this area.

Vigo di Fassa : presents a modern cable car, which connects the city to the Campedei basin, one of the most beautiful vantage points in the Val di Fassa.
