A dining room that looks just like the dining room of a mountain house, comfortable and accurate, and a menu that combines the rigorous quality of ingredients with the local typicalness. Located at the entrance of the village on the main road (coming from Sondrio), it is a popular destination for enjoying pizzoccheri, sciatt, tarozz and Aprica risotto or in several variations and everything realized at the time.
The Sciatt, we assure you, are incomparable dumplings full of flavor.
The pizzoccheri cooked here, served in a particularly abundant dish, apart from maintaining an extraordinary taste once taken out of the kitchen, satisfy like few others first courses can do.
The second courses of meat have excellent cooking and side dish, while the delicious pies of the house and the hot blueberries from the forests of Aprica with ice cream crown the closing of a soft and full of flavors dinner.
Even the bread, or better to say “the breads”, all typical of Valtellina, accompany with their unique fragrance a dinner that cannot leave indifferent.
If you only think that the seats are 30 (therefore reservations are fundamental) you can already imagine how much the care for the customer in such a small place can be a widely respected commandment.
