The Tuscan provinces whose territory borders the sea are <strong>Massa<\/strong> <strong>Carrara<\/strong>, <strong>Lucca<\/strong>, <strong>Pisa<\/strong> in the north and the provinces of <strong>Livorno<\/strong> (including the island of Elba) and <strong>Grosseto<\/strong> in the south.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Massa Carrara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pride of <strong>Versilia<\/strong>, the <strong>beach of Marina di Carrara<\/strong> has a fine and sandy beach, behind which extend green pine forests, in front of a clear blue sea. Marina di Carrara is equipped with bathing establishments and sports facilities, for a summer of fun.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lucca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-716\" title=\"Forte dei Marmi\" src=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/forte-dei-marmi-300x150.jpg\" alt=\"forte-dei-marmi\" width=\"262\" height=\"131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/forte-dei-marmi-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/forte-dei-marmi-150x75.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/forte-dei-marmi-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/forte-dei-marmi.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/>In the province of Lucca there is the famous town of <strong>Forte dei Marmi<\/strong>. A beautiful coastline overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea has become in recent decades the destination of a large number of tourists who every summer gather in this place. Here arise numerous beach resorts, hotels, restaurants and nightclubs; Forte dei Marmi in the summer comes alive at night, with many young people ready to have fun.<\/p>\n<p>Even <strong>Viareggio<\/strong>, famous for its carnival, is a seaside resort known for nightlife and entertainment at the beach. There are beach clubs, nightclubs, bars, restaurants and luxury hotels.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-717\" title=\"Lido di Camaiore\" src=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/lido-di-camaiore7-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"lido-di-camaiore7\" width=\"260\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/lido-di-camaiore7-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/lido-di-camaiore7-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/lido-di-camaiore7-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/lido-di-camaiore7.jpg 894w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/>Lido di Camaiore<\/strong> is another famous maritime center of Lucca province.<\/p>\n<p>Being a seaboard very exploited for tourism, Lido di Camaiore has a large number of bathing establishments, hotels, restaurants and nightlife clubs.<\/p>\n<p>It boasts a very clean beach and a clear sea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pisa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Pisan coast offers the best of itself at <strong>Marina di Pisa<\/strong>, a town that has a series of sandy or pebbly beaches lapping a clean and light blue sea. From north to south the beaches gradually give way to a large number of resorts and other tourist structures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuscany South area<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Livorno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-718\" title=\"beach of the Parco Costiero della Sterpaia\" src=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-parco-sterpaia-300x191.jpg\" alt=\"spiaggia-parco-sterpaia\" width=\"261\" height=\"166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-parco-sterpaia-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-parco-sterpaia-150x96.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-parco-sterpaia.jpg 586w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 261px) 100vw, 261px\" \/>It is located in the <strong>Gulf of Follonica<\/strong> the beautiful <strong>beach of the Parco Costiero della Sterpaia<\/strong>, of golden sand and fringed with pine forests and other vegetation.<\/p>\n<p>The sea is very clean and crystal clear, the seabed is shallow and slowly slopes towards the sea.<\/p>\n<p>Free beaches and bathing establishments with low environmental impact alternate each other.<\/p>\n<p>Situated between the Ligurian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, the <strong>island of Elba<\/strong> belongs to the province of Livorno and has a large number of bathing beaches, all very suggestive.<\/p>\n<p>In the southern far end of the island, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea, we find the <strong>beach of Cavoli<\/strong>. It is a sandy beach facing a turquoise sea; nearby you can find the remains of architectural works dating back to Roman and medieval times. The beach is equipped with various facilities for tourists.<\/p>\n<p>Inside a bay of the island, near the town of Rio nell&#8217;Elba, it is located the <strong>Nisportino beach<\/strong>. This coastline protected from the wind is made up of gravel, looking out over a deep blue sea, dominated by hills covered with vegetation. Tourists are offered the possibility of renting beach umbrellas and there are bars and restaurants.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-719\" title=\"beaches of Enfola\" src=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-dell-enfola-300x166.jpg\" alt=\"spiaggia-dell-enfola\" width=\"260\" height=\"144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-dell-enfola-300x166.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-dell-enfola-150x83.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.guidegratis.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/spiaggia-dell-enfola.jpg 727w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/>On the north side of the island of Elba there are the <strong>beaches of Enfola<\/strong>. A strip of land connects these beaches to the rest of the island where now stand the headquarters of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. The beaches are made of gravel and pebbles, the sea is clean and teeming with life, a feature that attracts many scuba divers.<\/p>\n<p>North west of Portoferraio, always on the island of Elba, there is the <strong>Sansone beach<\/strong>, a pebble beach bordered by a cliff in front of a blue sea and full of fishes. You can rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds, but the place is also equipped for snorkeling.<\/p>\n<p>On Livorno mainland there is the <strong>Long beach of Piombino<\/strong>, in the territory of the namesake municipality. The pebble beach, with sharp cliffs and wild flora does not offer any type of tourist service, but the sea is beautiful and very clean.<\/p>\n<p>Near the town of <strong>Castagneto Carducci<\/strong> is located the <strong>beach of the Seggio<\/strong>. This name is given by the river that runs through it, the Seggio: the area on the right of the river is the less frequented but better preserved, while the part on the left of the stream is more exploited for tourism, where there are resorts and other facilities for tourists. Behind the coastline there is a beautiful pine forest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grosseto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the province of Grosseto is located the beautiful <strong>beach of Feniglia<\/strong>, a strip of land that connects the slopes of Monte Argentario with the Ansedonia promontory and is part of the State Natural Reserve of Feniglia Dunes. The scenery is breathtaking: a long coastline adorned by Mediterranean plants and pine forests, a crystal clear blue sea with a slightly sloping sea bottom.
